Hana Vitova (born Jana Laskova), was born on 24 January 1914 in the family of famous opera singer Hanus Lasek, who was a brother of Rudolf Lasek, engineer and landlord of the house No.66 on Hyblova street in Czech Trebova. Hana Vitova launched her acting career shortly after her studies on conservatoire in Prague. She starred in Osvobozene Theatre, Theatre in Olomouc, Theatre of Vlasta Burian, Theatre of Oldrich Novy, Svandovo Theatre and in others.
